Christian Youth The Christian youth of this generation face the greatest challenge in modern history. With a world population of over six billion people, the Christian youth have inherited the largest faith in the world. Two billion people would call themselves ‘Christian’, yet the church needs revival and billions are still without Christ. Christian youth, what is the purpose of your life? Why did God choose you to live in this generation? The Bible shows you that there is a divine destiny for your life. ‘For we are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus to good works, which God has before ordained that we should walk in them’. Ephesians 2:10. All of the world's Christian youth must come to the realisation that the challenge of Christ is real. We are not playing a game! The eternal futures of millions depend on our obedience to the great commission. ‘He said to them, go into all the world, proclaim the gospel to all the creation’. Mark 16:15. In Europe the church has been declining for years, in North America and in the Pacific the church has stagnated for over a decade. However, unprecedented harvests have been won in Latin America, Asia and Africa. Today globalisation has placed the Christian youth in a unique position to reach the world with the gospel. Now is the time for the Christian youth of the world to rise up in the Spirit of the Lord to take the world! Now is the time for radical obedience and sacrifice. God has a promise for the world. "And it shall be in the last days, says God, I will pour out of My Spirit upon all flesh.”. Acts 2:17. Christian youth, will you embrace the Lord and seek Him for the greatest revival that the world has ever seen? Will you be on the cutting edge of the coming move of God, or will you be left behind wishing that you had got right with God years before? It is your choice. Today on your knees you must choose whom you will serve. See Joshua 24:15 and Luke 16:13. |
