Evangelistic Vision

Jesus never lost sight of where He came from and where He was heading - neither must we. Do you remember when you wanted to tell your friends about your first love? The person you liked or the great film that you saw. You could not keep quiet!

As Jesus is the best thing to ever happen to you, it is only natural to tell other people what He has done and what He can do for them. God is in the business of changing people's lives.

  • ‘For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ’ (Romans 1:16).
  • ‘Always be ready to give a defence to everyone who asks you a reason for the hope that is in you’ (1 Peter 3:15).
  • ‘Preach the word! Be ready in season and out of season’ (2 Timothy 4:2).
  • ‘He who wins souls is wise’ and ‘The heart of the righteous studies how to answer’ (Proverbs 11:30 and Proverbs 15:28).
