Protecting your skin in the summer sun
1. Wear sunscreen. Protect yourselves from the sun’s harmful UV rays by wearing the right level of protection.
2. Use a higher factor of sunscreen, rather than risking a lower one.
3. Keep reapplying sunscreen and remember your lips and ears!
4. Cover up. Sunscreen is good, but protective clothing and a hat is needed; always pack some protective clothing for the beach.
5. Find some shade during the hottest hours of the day.
6. Protect your eyes with suitable sunglasses with UVA and UVB protection.
